Nestled behind the shops at The Glen is a beautiful wedding and event venue called The Glen Club. This space has all the elegance and convenience a bride would need for her event; an outdoor garden perfect a ceremony, a beautiful reception area that comfortably seats up to 230 wedding guests, fantastic scenery perfect for photo ops, a large outdoor terrace perfect for cocktail hour, and best of all a hotel on site.
Luckily for us, this early summer wedding was blessed with warmth and sunshine allowing for a picture perfect outdoor ceremony.
Beth had such a glam style that you could feel it reflected in her gold, blush and champagne color palette and throughout the design elements of her wedding. Kate Johnson did a fantastic job embracing the glam with Beth’s hair and makeup.
Beth and Dom searched high and low until they finally found their dream band. They even spent a night partying with the Swing Assembly prior to booking! They had the guests swinging until the very last song.
Nothing beats a sparkler exit at the end of the night. The guests had so much fun lighting them up and cheering on the new couple.
The best part of working with this fabulous couple was getting to know the bride, and her mother and father. By the time the big day came, we had made such a wonderful connection that they treated me like we were friends from way back (even though we had been working together just three short months).
I wish Beth and Dom all the love and happiness in the world. Their love story is an inspiration and only just beginning!
